Congratulations to our three new members of the SNRS Leadership Academy
Modupeola Adebayo, DNP, RN, NI-BC, is an Assistant Professor at Kennesaw State University WellStar School of Nursing. She is also a second-year PhD student at Augusta University. Her leadership has included Vice-President of the Yoruba Nurses Association of North America (YORNNA), Treasurer of the Nigerian Association of Advanced Practitioners - Georgia (NAAP-G), and Financial Secretary & Chair of the Scholarship/Nursing Student Recruitment Committee of the Nigerian Nurses Association of Georgia (NNAG). Modupeola received her master’s degree in nursing informatics from Walden University and her DNP from Georgia State University. Jyotsana Parajuli, PhD, MGS, RN, is an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina – Charlotte. She has been a member of the SNRS Program Planning Committee and the Communications Committee for the past 3 years. She served as the co-chair of the Planning Committee in 2022, the RINAH Submission Chair for 2 years and was recently appointed as the editor of the SNRS Newsletter, Southern Connections. Jyotsana received her master’s degree in Gerontology from Miami University and her PhD in nursing from Penn State University. LynLee Morgan, PhD, RN, is an Instructor at the University of Southern Mississippi College of Nursing and Health Professions. She currently serves on the Sigma Theta Tau committee and is a course coordinator for several courses in the BSN program at her university and Co-Chair for their program evaluation committee. LynLee received her master’s degree in nursing education from Chamberlain University and her PhD in Nursing Leadership from the University of Southern Mississippi. |
